Morning Laffitte (opened in September 2022) provides its occupants, as well as external audiences, with a recording studio for audiovisual production on request.
Today, more and more organisations are producing their own media content (videos, photos, audio content). This new fully equipped studio will meet these specific needs. Aude Mion, event project manager at Morning Laffitte, and Victor Enel, general stage manager, tell us more.

Bookable by members and external users alike
The studio is dedicated to producing visual content (photos, videos) and creating podcasts. For Aude Mion, the studio not only rounds out the existing range of services, it also makes it possible to support inspiring projects: "Some of the formats recorded at the studio help broaden our knowledge of subjects close to our hearts. Among others, we welcomed Jeanne Deplus as part of the production of her TAF podcast. We were delighted to support her project, which champions greater flexibility at work and reflects our company culture!"
The studio also plays a part in launching brand-new projects. "We watch them come to life and are delighted to get them off the ground. That is notably the case with the Onpoint podcast launched by Occur, which specialises in wealth management. The first 3 episodes recorded at the studio mark the beginning of a long adventure! Witnessing and taking an active part in the launch of a new project is a privilege".

The studio can be configured (furniture, layout, lighting). "For a warmer atmosphere, plants can be added and softer lighting can be used. For a more formal setting, the technicians will dress the studio in a more intense white light", Aude tells us.
As for the furniture, the space can be arranged to suit the needs of the programme. "All the control equipment is located behind a curtain. The recording area is on the other side. We are free to arrange whatever furniture the client wishes" explains Victor, before adding: "For the staging, several options are offered. High seating is available if needed, around a dedicated meeting table. This kind of setting allows for a "round table" atmosphere, where everyone is invited to debate and speak up. Low seating (chairs, armchairs, etc.) creates a warmer, less formal setting".
Users benefit from the support of one or two stage managers - one for sound, one for video - depending on the scale of the project. "The presence of at least one stage manager is required during recordings. They ensure the session runs smoothly", Victor points out. "The stage manager or managers present during filming will be able to respond directly to the client's requests for the post-production side. The studio is also fitted with an anti-glare screen to adapt to any type of request."
