In February 2022, Morning République-Boulanger opened its doors to welcome 210 occupants. This 1,700 m2 workspace at République – located at 22 rue René Boulanger – occupies a seven-storey building whose reception fronts directly onto the street. Or, more accurately, it fronts onto the place de la République itself.
This convivial and understated workspace counts among its occupants former members who were previously based at Morning, Rue Dieu (the neighbouring address closed its doors at the end of 2021). A worthy successor, Morning République-Boulanger offers a wide range of services so that its residents can work in the best possible conditions.

Sharing a warm and welcoming workspace
Eight companies share the Morning République-Boulanger workspace. That comes to a total of 210 members, among them former Morning residents.
Something of a family feel
The Morning République-Boulanger space is just a stone’s throw from the former République space on rue Dieu. Of the 8 companies based here today, 6 of them occupied that neighbouring space.
The new space is home to Digital Native Group, which occupies the private offices on the sixth floor. This digital communications agency – which helps companies shape their brand identity – returns to Morning after several years away. You may also run into Principles for Responsible Investment (a UN-backed network of investors committed to more responsible practices), Kactus (a corporate events provider) and Ōpun (a specialist in organisational transformation).
An understated, welcoming gem
With its understated, slender silhouette, the building houses a comfortable interior. République-Boulanger is more intimate in scale and offers a cosier atmosphere than the Morning space on rue Dieu.
The space’s colour palette is dominated by chayote orange, saint-estèphe red and kerama blue. Organic materials – such as wood and parquet flooring – lend the place its warm atmosphere. At République-Boulanger, curves are the order of the day too. The oval of the ground-floor alcove softens the angles and turns this shared space into a genuine cocoon. Thanks to its many mirrors in curved, graphic shapes, the space gains a greater sense of volume and light.
The Timbanque room, the Ami room, the Opette room, the Adier room, the Tôt room… The meeting-room names also reflect the convivial spirit of the place. One important detail: these meeting rooms can be booked through the Morning app.

For working in the best possible conditions
The workspace at République-Boulanger offers a wide range of services for its 210 occupants, from shared moments to time to unwind.
Sharing on every level
The ground-floor coffee bar is run by Anne-Laure Segla, the space’s barista. The choice of refreshments is generous: coffees of every kind (cappuccino, latte, espresso…), teas, pastries, fruit, cereal bars… A range of hot and cold dishes is also served at lunch. And to enjoy it all in the open air, there is a spacious, well-appointed terrace on the first floor.
The communal areas on the ground floor are a hub for conversation. These exchanges are encouraged by Agathe Brunetti, the space’s Morning Manager. Far more than an administrator, she is here to bring her community to life and spark interactions between the various members.
A hot-desking area on the first floor offers 4 seated workstations – included in the remote work offer – which can be accessed via the Morning app (under the “nomade” tab). This dedicated space can host members visiting from other Morning locations, making way for fresh encounters and new exchanges.
Facilities for a good day’s work
The facilities at Morning République-Boulanger allow residents to work in the best possible conditions. On the first floor, a spacious terrace for occupants looks out over the building, for a quiet moment to unwind. Occupants can also enjoy a relaxing moment on the sofa in the alcove set aside for downtime.
A gym and a wellness room are located in the basement. Hatha yoga, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and strength-training classes are held there. Members can book their session directly on the Morning app, under the “programme” tab. On level -1, showers are available to occupants.
Levels -2 and -3 are taken up by a car park reserved for coworkers. A bike room on level -1 is also available for fans of soft mobility. A nod to Tim Sports, members at Cléry, who specialise in leasing company bikes to employees. All you need to get around freely!
