For today’s employees, the ability to choose your workspace according to your needs is one of the main subjects put on the table when well-being at work is discussed. The health crisis shook up habits on a large scale: everyone can now work outside the walls of their usual workspace and enjoy a wide range of possibilities. 
This shift in reference points brings about a more flexible and variable organisation over the course of the week: working from home, coworking, flex office, individually or as a team. To respond to these new nomadic practices, Morning has set up offers for its community: inter-space meeting-room booking and a nomad offer. Let us take you through these different options.

For Clément Alteresco, “whenever possible, everyone should be able to work from wherever they like, in a workspace suited to their wishes and their needs”. To meet this demand, Morning has set up the nomad offer, aimed at the community of Morning members in search of occasional mobility.

The nomad offer, for all members

The freedom to choose your workspace is increasingly common; workers tend to be in “permanent remote work” and choose their desk day to day: office, home, shared workspaces, and so on. In such a context, the Morning nomad offer meets these new practices. The benefits are many: it makes getting around easier, allows you to change scenery and to meet the occupants of the space in question.
Teams can thus get together in small groups (4 to 8 people on average) in a different space. A flexible workstation can be booked up to 10 days in advance.

The nomad offer: flexible, ergonomic working

The nomad offer lets members work from the space of their choice, among the fifteen or so offering this service. For lack of comfort and ergonomics, some workers prefer to opt for a flexible system that gives them facilities suited to their needs.
The nomad workstations are equipped with ergonomic chairs and eco-designed desks. In addition to the workstation, soundproofed phone booths are available for making calls in complete peace and quiet. Communal areas are also fitted out within the spaces to encourage interaction between occupants.

Beyond the nomad zones, Morning members can also enjoy around sixty meeting rooms. This is not about settling in for a day but about making the most of a few hours to hold a meeting as a team or with outside collaborators.

A system that adapts to staff needs

For all members, it will be possible to book a meeting room in another space. This feature is particularly useful if the member wants a change of scenery for the duration of a meeting. The benefits of inter-space  booking are numerous: a privileged setting (rooftop, sweeping views over the capital), a central location, proximity to a station, adaptable capacity according to needs and a range of audiovisual equipment. 

Meeting rooms bookable in other workspaces

This offer concerns the fifteen or so workspaces equipped with nomad zones in Paris and its inner suburbs. Among them are notably the Faubourg Saint-Honoré and Trocadéro, spaces, along with their roof terraces. In this offer, members will find the Davioud room at Trocadéro, remarkable for its meeting table made to measure by Morning’s furniture designers. The fully equipped Flaubert boardroom, with its 30 seats, is also available through the offer; guests can even enjoy the rooftop and its 360-degree view.
The offer is partly included in the credits available to members for renting meeting rooms. If the credits are used up, the member can still rent a room in another space and be billed the following month. For more convenient booking, everything goes through the Morning app via the “meeting” tab.
