Four new Morning spaces in Paris

This June 2025, four new Morning spaces are opening their doors in Paris. It’s a fresh step towards offering places suited to the needs of companies and teams, in all their diversity. From the Central Business District to the winding streets of Montmartre, let’s take the grand tour.

Morning Feydeau, Morning Laborde:
2 new milestones in the Central Business District

When people talk about the Central Business District, they often picture “suits and ties” and a slightly stiff atmosphere. With Morning Feydeau and Morning Laborde, we wanted to break with those conventions while keeping what makes the district so strong: its strategic location. Both are home to companies, from a coworking desk to a whole floor (25 to 100 people), by way of private offices (3 to 25 people).

Morning Feydeau, our Art Deco favourite. Facing the Palais Brongniart, this 1930s building has everything going for it: seven light-filled floors, mouldings steeped in history, and above all spaces designed to move between focus and conviviality. Between two meetings, you can just as easily tuck yourself away in a phonebox as grab a coffee on the terrace overlooking the rooftops of Paris.

A few metro stops away, Morning Laborde offers a different way of working. Between the Parc Monceau and the Gare Saint-Lazare, this 2,800 m² space is arranged around a central patio that floods all six floors with light. On the ground floor, the coffee bar welcomes teams from first thing in the morning. The eight meeting rooms and eighteen phoneboxes make it easy to move seamlessly from appointment to call in peace and quiet, while others make the most of the gym or the games room for an active break. Between two meetings, the terrace offers a welcome breath of fresh air with a view over the neighbourhood. A space where every team quickly finds its feet, whether for an important meeting or a relaxed lunch.

Morning Sofia and Morning rue Dieu 
So as not to lose our bearings – north or west.

A first for Morning: the team is moving into the 18th arrondissement with Morning Sofia. At the foot of Montmartre, this 8,000 m² space has been designed differently to welcome the smallest companies on a coworking desk right through to the largest across whole floors (25 to 100 people), and of course private offices (3 to 25 people). Here, the focus is on a creative atmosphere, spaces that can breathe, and a view of the Sacré-Cœur and the rooftops of Paris to gain a little perspective during breaks. 

And then there’s this return to our roots, on rue Dieu. Between 2018 and 2021, the team was already running this former customs warehouse, tucked away right by the Canal Saint Martin. After a complete renovation, this Art Deco building now offers us 1,690 m² of rethought spaces across two floors, providing private offices and whole floors. The ground-floor coffee bar sets the tone straight away: a place on a human scale, where teams cross paths naturally.

With two other Morning spaces right nearby in the neighbourhood, you benefit directly from the Morning network. 

Openings that move us forward 

Each new space is a new story to write with the companies that place their trust in us. As Clément Alteresco, who launched this venture, puts it: “Understanding what companies and their people expect, and creating places that answer those needs, has been in our DNA for more than 10 years.”

Today, with 52 spaces and 12,500 workstations, we could rest on our laurels. But that’s not really our style. We prefer to keep learning, adjusting, and dreaming up new ways of working. Because in the end, a workspace is, above all, a place to live.
