Romain Delègue and Julian Langevin, who lead furniture design at Morning, take us inside their world of work and creativity: the cabinetmakers’ workshop at the Gallieni space!
In the cabinetmakers’ workshop, they have set up a materials library (or design library?) devoted to creating furniture. Our eco-designed pieces start life here; so far it is the only materials library to feature a dedicated eco-design area.
Wood and flax shavings, plastic panels, boards made of compressed porcelain and even mussel shells… Our designers are swapping conventional materials for pieces that are kinder to the environment and to everyone’s health.
