Over the course of 2023, the Morning events team organised more than 750 events. These moments of togetherness are a powerful unifying tool for organisations. Whether conferences, seminars, cocktail receptions or end-of-year parties, they help strengthen the bonds between colleagues and inspire them. Morning ventured into corporate events in 2019. Thanks to workspaces dotted all over Paris and its inner suburbs (Laffitte, Concorde, Cléry, Penthièvre, Saint-Augustin, Bourse…), we have a great variety of venues able to host workshops, seminars, conferences and more. Every one of them offers a setting that lends itself to creativity and sharing. It's up to each of us to draw up our criteria and expectations carefully!
Morning Panoramas, our brand-new 100% events space, is set within an 18th-century private mansion. Its 500 m2 comprise five prestigious salons that can be booked independently for any type of corporate event: executive committees, conferences, workshops, cocktail receptions, receptions and more. Whether for a few hours or several days, Morning Panoramas is entirely dedicated to events, thus rounding out Morning's existing offer within its office spaces, with meeting rooms, private salons, auditoriums, outdoor areas and so on. Defining your expectations clearly to choose the right venue
Defining your needs clearly will effectively steer the Morning events team towards the right venue. To draw up a clear brief, a few questions need to be addressed:
- What type of event do you want to organise?
- What budget do you have?
- For how many people?
- Where are your colleagues based? What would be the most convenient location to welcome them?
- Would you have any other particular needs (speakers, additional services, entertainment, etc.)?
If you want to organise a memorable corporate event on a large scale, the spaces at Morning Concorde, Morning Laffitte and Morning Panoramas will be a perfect fit.
The Concorde spaces – with a total capacity of 200 people – will be sought after for large-scale events in an ultra-premium setting. For colleagues and companies based in the west of the Paris region, the Morning Pont de Neuilly space, located near Saint-Lazare station, will be ideal. To organise a corporate event with an environmental and social impact, companies will no doubt look to Morning Cléry, a space designed to welcome the leading players in movements that have a positive impact on society. Suitable facilities and dedicated teams
We take care of hiring the technical production equipment and its full installation. Thanks to video-capture equipment – on request – (one or more cameras with live production), your corporate event is shown on the big screen and streamed live on the platform of your choice!
Our teams dedicated to table service for your event meals and to logistics management are also on hand. Are your colleagues coming from the four corners of the country? We handle any booking request, whether it's train tickets, airport transfers, hotel rooms or various restaurants. Everyone is mobilised to take on the logistical constraints.
All you'll have to do is settle your team in, bring in your speakers and prepare your talks. But if you wish, Morning can also support you in creating your content.

Beyond a turnkey corporate event in a fully equipped space, Morning supports those who want to build a bespoke event, transforming its spaces and offering specific formats and modules. Two events co-created with L'Oréal and Accessite give an idea of our various areas of expertise.
L'Oréal's Summer Party, at the Beauty Tech Square
For L'Oréal's Summer Party, 5 floors of the Beauty Tech Square were fitted out to a precise brief provided by L'Oréal. Thanks to a range of expertise (fit-out, architecture and design), Morning is able to transform the event rooms to particular requirements, with bespoke décor.
On site, 95 members of staff oversaw the event from 6pm to 1am. The 550 guests at the corporate event took part in various activities: karaoke, dance floor, photo booth, food and drink stands, moments of conviviality and more. Barbara Lavernos, Deputy CEO of L'Oréal in charge of Research, Innovation and Technology, also gave a speech to thank her teams!
The ground floor and the first, eighth and ninth floors of the building hosted the food and drink stands. The audiovisual equipment for the karaoke, meanwhile, was set up on the ninth floor. Dance floors were laid out on the ground floor and in the basement to welcome guests.
"The retail of tomorrow" with Accessite, at Morning Concorde
Accessite's event was built around the theme of the retail of tomorrow. The team transformed the Pompadour and Du Barry rooms of the Morning Concorde space. Every trade was mobilised (architects, designers and decorators) to create an immersive journey, plunging the various guests into the theme of the day: the announcement of the ZION project, builder of the retail of tomorrow. Guests were also able to attend a conference in the Grand Salon, located right next to the immersive journey.
For this event, partner companies came to share their experience and enrich the discussions. Among the line-up of speakers: Lavitre (smooth professional exchanges online), Écomégot (cigarette-butt recycling) and ZenPark (hourly parking-space rental).
What's more, our network of caterers and operators takes care of catering for the guests. A bespoke quote for catering orders is also possible, to be delivered on the day of your event.
