France was home to nearly 1,5 million non-profits in 2023. Behind that impressive figure lies a puzzle repeated 1,5 million times over: how do you find an inspiring workspace on a manageable budget? To support these organisations – in its own way – the Morning team makes special offers available to non-profits. 

Around twenty Morning workspaces are available to them at preferential rates (up to -50%) across Paris and its inner suburbs. Meeting rooms are also offered at half price in 11 spaces. And each year, at the start of summer, a "coup de cœur" (favourites) scheme runs. The prize for the winners: access to the spaces for just 10€ excl. VAT per month.

Around twenty workspaces available at a reduced rate 

Morning offers offices for non-profits, with discounts of up to 50% on standard prices. This offer is available across a selection of Morning spaces strategically located in Paris and its inner suburbs. 

Within Paris itself, the spaces on offer include Mogador, Trévise, Ledru Rollin, Montsouris and Pereire. In the inner suburbs, non-profits can take advantage of this offer at Gallieni (Bagnolet), Pont de Neuilly (Neuilly-sur-Seine) and Saint-Ouen.

Private offices, coworking spaces, meeting rooms.

• Eligibility criteria:
  • Be a registered non-profit (association loi 1901) recognised as being in the public interest.
  • Have a requirement for no more than 10 workstations.
  • Be willing to stay flexible: within 2 weeks, Morning may move you to an office of equivalent size, either in your current space or another space in the Morning network listed above.
  • The offer is subject to the availability of "Rebond" workstations in each space.

Meeting rooms available at up to -50% 

Beyond offices for non-profits, Morning also has a special offer on meeting room hire, with a significant 50% reduction on standard rates.

1. Be a registered non-profit (association loi 1901) recognised as being in the public interest
2. A minimum booking of 3 hours

→ On weekdays: Monday to Thursday: 18:00 to 21:00 - Friday: 8:00 to 21:00
→ At weekends: 8:00 to 21:00

A "coup de cœur" scheme and offices for non-profits at 10 euros/month

In 2024, the Morning team launched a "coup de cœur" scheme that unfolds in several stages over the summer: 

• In June, the Morning team opens the application period, inviting a range of non-profits to submit their applications. 
• July is given over to a thorough review of these applications. At the end of this assessment process, five non-profits are selected to benefit from the offer. 
• From the start of September, these winners gain privileged access to Morning spaces for a token fee of 10€ excl. VAT per month. 

Here are the 2024 winners: 

1. Tout un art : promotes the integration of mothers from disadvantaged neighbourhoods through the culinary arts.
2. Atelier 21 : mobilises citizens for the energy transition.
3. SNL (Solidarités Nouvelles pour le Logement): tackles poor housing by offering concrete solutions. 
4. Want to help: A platform connecting young people who want to get involved with non-profits aligned with their values. 
5. Un abri qui sauve des vies: Provides accommodation solutions for victims of domestic violence to enable a healthy recovery.

Supporting organisations that make a difference

As part of its social commitment, Morning takes part in other initiatives too. For instance, every company hosted by Morning that is B Corp-certified enjoys 1 month free. 

Another initiative worth mentioning: all of our coffee bars take part in the 1% For the Planet initiative.
