On 2 January 2026, Morning opened two new workspaces in Annecy, marking its first location outside the greater Paris region. Having opened more than 100 workspaces in Paris over the past ten years, this arrival in the Haute-Savoie town represents a new milestone in Morning’s story.
Two buildings in the historic centre, entrusted by the local authority
With the trust of the city of Annecy, Morning has taken on two buildings in the historic centre to create welcoming, flexible shared workspaces there. Won over by Morning’s approach, the City of Annecy entrusted it with the works, the fit-out and the running of the premises.
This first collaboration makes it possible to enhance the property assets through the preservation and refurbishment of the buildings, and confirms the local authority in the relevance of the shared-office model.
"Having opened more than 100 workspaces in Paris over the past ten years, setting up in Annecy is a very exciting new milestone in Morning’s story," says Clément Alteresco, founder of Morning. "When the idea of a partnership with the city and the chance to occupy these two buildings came up, we threw ourselves into it with great enthusiasm. We are delighted with this relationship of trust forged with the local authority, and very happy to welcome the people of Annecy into our workspaces!"
4 months to fit out two spaces
Morning fitted out the two spaces in just 4 months, in order to give the people of Annecy a warm working environment in an exceptional setting, conducive to the emergence and animation of a community of local workers.
Morning was able to draw on a team of driving forces already based in Annecy, and on its expertise in site management: painting, electrics, plumbing, partitioning, interior and furniture design, and fit-out. A team in its own right that brings together 80 people: project managers, interior architects, designers, cabinetmakers, design & build development leads, works supervisors and building technical managers.

A model serving the new ways of working
With a model that has been proving itself for more than 10 years, Annecy’s companies now have access to flexible, high-quality workspaces that respond to the new ways of working: the search for flexibility, more mobile work arrangements (office, home, and so on) and a better quality of life at the office.
As in every Morning space, a dedicated manager is present day to day to support users and ensure the quality of their experience at work. When travelling to Paris, the occupants of Morning Annecy Lac and Morning Annecy Cathédrale enjoy access to all of the capital’s spaces and their various services.
Prices start from €350 excl. VAT per month per workstation.
The local companies La Frite des Alpes and BIGUPHR have already been won over, as have the Paris-based companies Alan, Figures and Matera, which have been able to set up their local team.
Morning continues its expansion
This move into Annecy responds in particular to the needs of companies in the Annecy area, but also to those of a growing number of Paris-based organisations with teams based in Haute-Savoie. By following a company across its different geographic sites, Morning meets a concrete demand: to offer the same standards of quality and service, wherever teams work.
Morning today offers 15,000 workstations spread across 54 spaces and will continue in 2026 to open 15,000 to 20,000 m² of space. Three openings are already confirmed: two spaces in Annecy in January, and Morning Argentine in March (6,350 m² in the 16th arrondissement of Paris).
2025 was marked by the opening of more than 25,000 m² of space in Paris and Hauts-de-Seine, notably with 4 spaces opened in Paris (Morning Feydeau, Morning Laborde, Morning Sofia, Morning Rue Dieu) and 3 spaces opened in Hauts-de-Seine (Morning Boulogne, Morning Levallois, Morning Clichy).
