Morning Boulogne: the return of an iconic space

Some reunions are especially pleasing. On 3 February 2025, we reopened the doors of a place close to our hearts: Morning Boulogne. This entirely rethought space combines the accessibility of a strategic location with the charm of a carefully transformed building. A revival that also marks a fine milestone in our story, as it becomes our 50th address.

A strategic location, a story that continues

78 boulevard de la République is not an unfamiliar address for us. From 2018 to 2022, we welcomed there many companies that particularly appreciated its ideal setting, right by Marcel Sembat metro station (line 9). On the edge of Paris, this location offers easy access while benefiting from the energy of Boulogne-Billancourt.

This first successful experience naturally led us to renew our collaboration with the landlord CCR (Caisse centrale de réassurance). The building underwent a complete restructuring over two years, carried out with care by Bouchaud Architectes. Our design & build teams then worked for three months to create welcoming, functional spaces.

A space designed for work and conviviality

Across the eleven floors that make up the 3,120 m² of Morning Boulogne, we wanted to meet the various needs of everyday professional life. The space thus offers private offices for teams looking for their own dedicated environment, shared offices for those who prefer more flexibility, and eleven meeting rooms suited to every kind of exchange.

Beyond the workspaces, we paid particular attention to communal living areas. A large lounge and a coffee bar invite informal conversations, while the balconies and the rooftop offer a chance to get some fresh air during breaks. A gym is also available for those who want to burn off energy between two meetings. For important occasions, a private-hire event space can host your company's key moments.

A confirmed vision of the work of tomorrow

In this space, we sought to create an environment where everyone can work at their own pace and according to their needs. The various areas naturally adapt to the moments of the day, whether it is about concentrating, talking with colleagues or taking a break.

Morning Boulogne simply reflects our wish to offer places where work is organised with flexibility, where teams easily find their place, in an atmosphere that is both professional and warm.
