After these long months of lockdown, we are delighted to announce a resounding end to the year with the opening of 6 new Morning spaces in the coming months. Parisians and residents of the Île-de-France will soon be able to come and work at Cléry, Montparnasse, Cadet, Trocadéro, Petites Ecuries and Pont de l'Alma… From now on, close to thirty Morning spaces will occupy Paris and its inner suburbs.

Morning Cléry,
21, rue de Cléry - Paris 3e.
Morning Cléry is the first (and surely not the last) "eco-conscious" space made in Morning. Reused furniture and materials, committed suppliers and providers, a coffee bar certified 1% For the Planet, an anti-waste approach, inspiring events with a positive impact, an energy-efficient space… The whole atmosphere of the place is shaped by this desire to reduce the impact of this workspace.
Located in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement and not far from Morning Sentier, Dussoubs and Caire, it will welcome across 5 floors some 200 coworkers, who will be able to enjoy a hugely dynamic neighbourhood, a coffee bar and a "winter garden".

Morning Trocadéro
7, rue Magdebourg - Paris 16e.
Morning Trocadéro is set in a former private mansion entirely refurbished by the architect Axel Shchoenert. This complex - which will be able to accommodate 290 coworkers - is spread over 8 floors totalling a surface area of 2600 m².
Coffee bar, space manager, fully equipped kitchen, large lounge, gym… Morning Trocadéro offers all the amenities of a premium workspace, and some offices will even have a private terrace. The icing on the cake: the space's rooftop offers an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower!

Morning Cadet,
37, rue de Bellefond - Paris 9e.
Morning Cadet will open its doors and its inner courtyard by the end of December 2021. The 9th arrondissement of Paris - with its famous passages - will thus gain a new "high-end" workspace able to accommodate nearly 200 coworkers!
Located between rue Lafayette and the faubourg Montmartre, Morning Cadet spans 1200 m2 and offers all the necessary amenities: designer offices, equipped meeting rooms, phonebox, shared spaces…

Morning Petites Ecuries
52-54, rue des Petites écuries - Paris 10e.
Morning Petites Écuries is conceived as a warm space of 1700 m2 spread over 5 levels, including a basement that brings together all the meeting rooms. The occupants will also enjoy an inner courtyard and a coffee bar to meet and share between members. The opening of Morning Petites Ecuries is announced for March 2022.

Morning Montparnasse
33, avenue du Maine - Paris 15e
We were already present on the 52nd and 53rd floors of the Montparnasse Tower. In mid-October 2021, Morning is opening a third level on the 51st floor of the tower! This new floor will make it possible to welcome 160 coworkers, who will enjoy 1 800 m2, between convivial spaces and enclosed offices. Like its "counterparts", this bright, well-designed new floor plate will offer an incredible view over Paris.

Morning Pont de l'Alma
Rue Cognacq-Jay - Paris 7e
To round off this string of openings, the Morning team also plans to occupy a building on rue Cognacq-Jay in the 7th arrondissement. The space will house nearly 400 workstations in a one-of-a-kind setting a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower. Opening scheduled for early 2022. Take note!
