In early 2020, Morning Coworking counts no fewer than some twenty spaces spread across Paris and the inner suburbs. Each of these spaces is unique, in its history, its neighbourhood, its formal structure and the decorative touches that help give it a distinctive atmosphere. Here's a spotlight on 3 of our latest spaces, in Artois, Sentier and Levallois. It's a chance for a tour through some very different worlds, within neighbourhoods and working environments of varied character.
Morning Coworking Artois - From the king's stables to grand town houses
Morning Coworking Artois is set in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, home to many of the capital's tourist, economic and political landmarks. Rue d'Artois is itself steeped in history. A former seigneurial estate that first housed the royal nursery garden and then the stables of Charles X, the street was sold at the end of the 19th century to make way for numerous grand town houses. A major site in French literary history, the neighbourhood bears the mark of Marcel Proust, a regular at the soirées of the Comtesse de Fitz-James. This is also where Charles Haas lived, the model for Charles Swann in In Search of Lost Time.

No doubt marked by the memory of the legendary dandy, Morning Coworking Artois occupies a charming and refined town house. At the entrance, the grand gateway and the Haussmann-era façade herald the elegance of a place that today welcomes no fewer than 200 members, settled across 1700m2. The site is made up of two buildings of 5 and 4 floors, separated by a large inner courtyard bathed in sunshine at lunchtime, ideal for an afternoon break. These two volumes also house meeting rooms, a communal area and a gym.

Close to the shops in the Saint-Philippe-du-Roule quarter and well served by the transport network, the site is easy to reach and enjoys the comfort and cachet of a prestigious part of the Paris region. Morning Coworking Artois is the ideal space to work in complete privacy in a high-end setting.

Morning Coworking Sentierwhere the history of Paris meets the rise of the digital economy
Set right in the heart of the Silicon Sentier, this space – opened in early 2020 – is part of the nerve centre of the Parisian French Tech scene. This is where the Numa incubator once stood, a veritable institution of French digital entrepreneurship. The neighbourhood's digital buzz does nothing to eclipse its historical heritage, shaped by the Parisian textile industry in the 19th century. Every street corner is, moreover, marked by magnificent covered passages that still exist (and hold out) today. This strong heritage, combining a fast-growing industry with a multicultural neighbourhood, has become a point of reference for the players of new technologies and the creative industries.

Morning Coworking Sentier is an unusual space offering a blend of coworking café and classic coworking. The aim? To foster wonderful encounters between members, whatever their line of work. This 1500m2 space welcomes, on the ground floor, workers and companies coming to work by the hour or by the day. On the upper floors, it can accommodate companies looking for private offices and also offers 5 versatile event spaces. This space benefits from the energy and buzz of a central neighbourhood, close to every kind of amenity – bars, cafés, restaurants, cinema, gyms.

Morning Coworking Levalloisthe cradle of French industrial innovation and ingenuity
It was in Levallois that the motorcycle was born at the skilled hands of the Werner brothers, and where the iconic Citroën 2CV first saw the light of day in one of the brand's factories located in the area. With a more recent yet no less rich history, Levallois quickly went from an industrial centre, a cradle of French innovation and ingenuity, in the early 1900s to a lively, welcoming and family-friendly town just a stone's throw from Paris, to the west. Since then, a number of companies across the most varied sectors have set up their offices here, always in search of a better quality of life for their employees.

This large space, with its 3500m2 spread over seven floors, can accommodate up to 450 members. Versatile, it aims to host companies of every kind that may be drawn to the combination of calm and economic dynamism. You'll find two open-plan areas, three communal spaces, meeting rooms and games rooms there. And the crowning glory (literally): a magnificent terrace with a view over the whole of La Défense and western Paris. Everyone can enjoy the peaceful surroundings of a welcoming, family-friendly town, with a magnificent view over Paris and La Défense.
Located on rue de Villiers, on the border with the town of Neuilly-sur-Seine, the offices are within walking distance for members from western Paris or else reachable via metro line 3. Also close to several kinds of shops and activities, particularly cultural and sporting ones, Morning Coworking Levallois is the perfect space to work in complete independence in a calm and caring setting.
