The Nomad service, at Morning

At Morning, our ambition is for everyone to have a good day at work.
Behind a simple phrase lies an enormous challenge, especially in the wake of 2020 and 2021, which irreversibly accelerated the evolution of the ways we work and the spaces we work in.

The “future” of work is now conjugated in the present tense, and we absolutely love that (the future of work, that is, not the conjugation).

To do this, we had boxes full of ideas – the Morning team has, in fact, been 100% flexible and nomadic since… forever! This year finally convinced us that it was now time to take action, that workers and their employers were more ready than ever to embrace these upheavals; back in 2020 we had already launched the remote-work offer and the FlexOffice tool!

So how can we support entrepreneurs even better in rolling out these innovations within their own organisations? By developing services included in our offer of flexible offices, which they simply have to put forward to their teams.

Our latest addition to the Morning experience? The Nomad service!

Our firm convictions 

As we have already discussed in this opinion piece, for us remote work does not necessarily mean working from home.

Bills, workplace agreements under negotiation or simply new habits – the roll-out of remote work within organisations is busy laying its new foundations. 

For us, nomadic working is an ideal answer to today’s constraints: long commutes (1h28 on average for workers in the Paris region), the impossibility for some of working in good conditions at home, or, in times of health crisis, the need to limit social interactions.

As a player in the workspace across the Paris area, we too had a part to play in the face of these new challenges, and giving the clients of our spaces free access to our entire network struck us as an essential service to put in place. And so we decided to include in our offer, for all our private-office clients, the Nomad service.

Nomadic workspaces, in detail

From now on Morning is opening its network to all its clients, who can work from the nomadic zones of 13 of its workspaces, right across Paris and its inner suburbs.

Working closer to home, seeking focus by taking yourself off for a day now and then, or settling in between two meetings at a fully equipped desk… it is all possible at Morning!

Thanks to our app (a brilliant tool that brings together the whole experience of the worker of tomorrow), our clients can book up to 10 days in advance a workstation by the half-day or the full day, in our spaces fitted with “nomadic zones”.

And because working well means being properly set up, every Nomad space guarantees:

• An ergonomic office chair, adjustable and of the highest quality
• A desk made in France from solid wood, designed in-house
• A dual screen with connectivity 
• A connected locker

After booking in a few “swipes” in the Morning app, the worker simply uses their badge to access the chosen Nomad zone, and is given all the instructions to find it as easily as possible.

The cherry on the cake: access to the shared areas of the chosen Morning space! 

And because we cannot resist the urge to let you discover the most beautiful workspaces we have ever dreamed up, a few spots will even be available at Morning Concorde!
