In March 2019, the Morning team refurbished the 52nd and 53rd floors of the Montparnasse Tower to accommodate 480 occupants. In October 2021, a third floor was opened on the 51st floor to give Morning Montparnasse its third level. In all, nearly 5,300 square metres offer the occupants of the space a privileged working environment with Art Deco touches. Here is a quick tour of this extraordinary workspace.

It is rather rare to be able to look down on the Eiffel Tower. Morning offers you the chance since the opening of Morning Montparnasse. Perched on the 51st, 52nd and 53rd floors of the Tower, it becomes the highest coworking space in France. It is not about delusions of grandeur, but about rising a little above it all...
A space above everything.
It is hard to be better served than Morning, Montparnasse. Located in the nerve centre of southern Paris, the venue is served by metro lines 4, 6, 12 and 13. The neighbourhood draws people in with its energy and its proximity to... the entire west of the country. The tracks of Montparnasse station link Paris to Rennes, Nantes or Douarnenez. Around here, the restaurants are called Le Petit Plougastel, Chez Pierrick, Le Phare or Ty Billig.
Morning Montparnasse is set up on the 51st, 52nd and 53rd floors of the eponymous Tower. The view over the whole of Paris is uninterrupted, and the venue is ideal for brushing up on your Parisian geography, with the unmissable Eiffel Tower as your starting point, of course.
In all, some 5,300 square metres are spread over 3 floors laying out a set of inspiring spaces. The space offers unrivalled (remote-)working comfort. Between private offices and communal areas, everything is designed to encourage work and meeting people.
A skyscraper with Art Deco touches?
As with all the spaces, Morning Montparnasse enjoys an identity of its own carried by its decor. In this vertiginous setting, it is an Art Deco spirit that is on offer. In the communal areas, the Montparnasse Tower seems to give a knowing nod to the Chrystler Building.
On each of the two floors, you will find the stylised figures and the regularly repeated motifs. A signature found both on the painted wall decorations and the furniture. Functional and collective, the layout of the venue also provides for wide openings and circulation spaces designed to spark encounters.
