In Paris, remote work is better at Morning!

In Paris, remote work is better at Morning
A tour of our spaces

At Morning we've always known what the office of tomorrow would look like, because as you know, “Tomorrow? We're working on it,” and we do so every day. What we could never have foreseen is that tomorrow arrived a little sooner than expected, in 2020… Workers' needs have evolved at breakneck speed: remote work, flexibility, proximity. So for this new season we've adapted our solutions. We're launching the remote-work offer in Paris by Morning. 1, 2 or 3 days of remote work a week from one of our spaces in Paris and the Île-de-France region!

Work: a post-Covid vision
Or the liberalisation of flexible working

One escaped virus and a few months of lockdown have completely upended our habits and convictions: today we know that we can work wherever we like, and as our founder Clément put it in his opinion piece on remote work: “Tomorrow, we could all be working remotely, all the time! The office, the home, coworking spaces will be places we choose from one day to the next. That choice will depend on our needs and on a balance between professional productivity and personal well-being, which are extremely closely linked.”

The certainty that follows is that the work of tomorrow must not come at the expense of our essential needs. The ergonomics of workstations; an environment conducive to concentration; equipment suited to the new ways of working; and health and safety of course.

As we've all noticed: working remotely from our kitchen table will never properly meet the roaming worker's hierarchy of needs.

On the strength of this observation, we too have overhauled our offer and our spaces to adapt them to these new needs. Those of all post-Covid workers, in search of the ideal solutions so that our world's new constraints don't spoil our pleasure in having a good day at work.
