2024 at Morning: a year on the move.

We shouted it from the rooftops: this year, Morning turned 10!
So we threw a lovely party on 21 June at Morning Saint-Ouen, ran a campaign in collaboration with the INA, and to top it all off, launched a new website that showcases all our expertise to the whole world. And frankly, this year we haven't sat still...

The map of our Morning spaces grows: 6 new places to land

2024 has been marked by the opening of numerous spaces, of which we're rather proud: new locations are enriching the map on our brand-new website.  The list is quite long: Morning Bourse, Trévise, Saint-Ouen (with its exceptional kitchen), La Défense, and Général Foy.
And it's not over, as Morning Boulogne is in the works. Among all these gems, let's pause on two remarkable new spaces:

Morning Trévise, our new gem in the 9th, with the Hôtel Bony at its heart. Created by Jules-Jean Baptiste de Joly (the architect of the Palais Bourbon, no less!) and commissioned by René Bony, a wealthy nineteenth-century speculator. Across 4,300m², you'll find everything you need for a brilliant day: coffee bar, lounges, event spaces, fully equipped meeting rooms, a gym, private offices and even ice baths. Plus a few other surprises, but we'll let you come and discover those on a visit. 

Morning Saint-Ouen welcomes you in a quiet, brand-new building, a stone's throw from the metro. But the space's real treasure? Without question, it's the professional kitchen, where our team of enthusiasts whips up tasty dishes every day for your lunches and events. And it was in this unique setting that we celebrated Morning's 10th anniversary last June.

When Morning fits out spaces for others: 3 projects getting people talking

For those discovering this side of Morning, our team doesn't only create its own shared workspaces. In September, we even launched a campaign to introduce you to this activity (with Victor, our slightly offbeat expert, and his wacky concepts). This year, our team of 80 people put its expertise to work on ambitious projects:

• Heading to Place d'Italie for IKEA's Hej! workshop. A great challenge, since Morning was entrusted with the building work, the fit-out and the operation. After Stockholm and San Francisco, this concept comes to Paris with the Morning signature. For anyone who'd like to work there, it's this way

• A stop in the Sentier district for La Climate House, giving a second life to Swile's former offices. This building has become the rallying point for 80 changemakers: startups, associations and companies developing their high-impact social and environmental projects here.

• A visit to rue d'Astorg to modernise 3,000m² of offices. The challenge? To breathe in a Mediterranean air while respecting the historic elegance of the place. The team created bespoke pieces, including a central welcome desk that has become the signature of the fit-out.

Panoramas: when events move in

A new address joins the family: Panoramas, the first Morning space 100% dedicated to events. A stone's throw from the Grands Boulevards, this history-laden venue adapts to your every wish: meetings, evening events, team-building. A unique space for memorable events.

‍A catering offer to add flavour to your events 

The Morning kitchen is also gaining fresh momentum. In addition to our coffee bar offers available at Morning Saint-Ouen and Morning Pont-de-Neuilly, it now offers a complete catering service: from breakfasts to cocktails, by way of proper meals, for small gatherings and large assemblies alike. 

13,000 "members" and just as many reasons to get together

This year, our 13,000 occupants had a packed programme, mixing sport, culture and well-being:

Off to the Olympics with the "Toujours + Loin" operation! Our podcast pulled the strings between the worlds of sport and work, with guests whose journeys are truly inspiring: Axelle Etienne, BMX Race rider and physiotherapist in training, Laetitia Guapo, the "wasp" of the 3x3 basketball team and PE teacher, Stephen Parez-Edo Martin, Olympic champion in rugby sevens and holder of a professional cookery qualification, and Charlotte Hym, skateboarder and doctor of cognitive neuroscience.

The futsal championship brought our spaces to life in October. A wonderful moment of sport and conviviality, proving that team spirit doesn't stop at the office door.

The auditorium at Morning Laffitte was transformed into an arena for our second public-speaking contest, organised with Graine d'Orateur 93. Eight participants went head to head on a topical subject: "The government wants to impose gender parity on the governance bodies of large companies". A big well done to the opposition team, and to Charles Lescure in particular!

A refreshing new addition: the launch of ice baths at Morning Trévise. Six baths at 2 degrees installed in the courtyard offer a unique experience combining meditation, breathing and pushing your limits. An initiative that is proving its worth for managing stress and improving concentration.

Get-togethers that shift the lines

2024 was punctuated by events that carried Morning's expertise beyond our own walls:

Paris Design Week, from 9 to 13 September, saw us take part in the Work! trail. At 27 rue Le Peletier, our fit-out team shared its vision of design in the working environment. A highlight: a fascinating round table bringing together Emna Kamoun (Strate), Sandra Rodrigues (MillerKnoll), Didier Poisson (Interface) and Armand Bernoud (Maximum®) around the issues of design, production and sustainability.

The Bureau des Talents conferences ran throughout 2024, tackling, from March to December, the major HR issues of the moment: pay transparency with Virgile Raingeard (Figures) and Manu Wagner (Shine) in March, parenthood in the workplace alongside Flore Villemot (The Boson Project) and Pamela Corbin-Audoux (Decathlon Digital) in May, AI in HR with Pauline Pham (Dust) and Lucas Picot (Alan) in September, and, to round off the year, mental health at work with Julia Néel Biz (Teale), Gilles Meyer and Marie Barbier (HR Director, Morning).

Innovation and impact: the projects moving us forward

The Morning x Nexity Accelerator launched its second cohort, with a focus on optimising flows within buildings. Four promising startups joined the adventure: Geosophy, AGRID, WIND my ROOF and Lite & Caeli Energie. In June, the Demo Night gave each of them the chance to present their innovative solutions, with an enriching round table alongside Karine Vernier, Benoît Mainguy and Agathe Fourquet.

Our social commitment also took shape with the "Asso coups de cœur" project. Five environmental and social associations now have access to our spaces at a token rate: Association Tout un Art, Atelier 21, Want to help, Solidarités Nouvelles pour le Logement and Un abri qui sauve des vies.
